We are having Bharatgas Connection of M/s Yashada Enterprises, Vasco. But they deliver cylinders only once in month at our area i.e. chaferan, Merces, Vaddem that too after reminding them continuosly. They dont even bother to send the vehicle at our area after booking the cylinder. Now we have booked the cylinder in the month of February,2015 but till now we have not received the cylinder nor any vehicle has come at our side we are continuously reminding them but they are list bothered. Our LPG is over and we have to borrow another one from our neighbour.
The owners of M/s Yashada Enterprises are very rude they give false statements when we complain about non receiving of cylinders they give some or the other reasons. Even their staff is very unhelpful. All the staff and owners are very rude and very unhelpful.
We have seen may people in an argument/fight with the owners in their outlet. They feel that by providing cylinders to us they are doing a big job. But outside people who live hotels and allwho pay them money they deiver them cylinders early.
here only people like us have to survive without cylinders which is our right to have we are not getting the same on time as our dealers are only after making money and not provoding services as per requirements.
We request you to look into the matter and give them strict warning to send the vehicles at our area atleast 4 times in a month.
