i brought a polo watch from them, it took a long time to reach. Once i got the package I found that the watch is broken. I called them up. After listening to my problem they hangup the phone. 2-3 times the same thing happend. Then I found someone who said within 1 week they are gonna send someone to my house who is gonna take that broken product and gonna give me a refund or replacement. Bit its around 1.5 months and i am still waiting. When I call them they hang up. I dont know what to do
