HI,
I have ordered food from Tastykhana on 22nd Feb 2015 & food was not delivered by the Restaurant Knight Delivers.-Noida.
Restaurant owner was talking rudely & asked me to cancel the order.
After cancellation of order I went for refund but still no refund is done from Tastykhana & also not updating any status from their side.
Amount of money is 504 Rs.
They have removed refund status from website & customer care is not responding.
It is the second time I did not got refund of money, that’s why I need an action against tastykhana
Tastykhana have many bugs in their services like
1. After placing order they show successful order on their website & don’t care if order is delivered or not.
2. They don’t have option to cancel the order on their website
3. Site is working 24*7 but customer care is available only from 11AM-11PM
4. They don’t reply to emails
5. Customer care chat option is there on web portal but it doesn’t work
I am feeling like they are doing fraud with customers as I found many people having the same issue.
