I have a motox 1st gen device. The LCD screen is broken as it had a 3 ft fall on a plain surface. Well it has gorilla glass i wonder. The touch panel is working fine but the screen is broken now. Moto is not ready to replace as they say the replacement is only applicable in US. What did India do to have different warranty policies ? The new LCD screen quotation provided by Moto is 15,500 rupees well i bought this phone in 17,999 and the screen costs 15,500. Kindly assist me to resolve this matter correctly as i think the company is just fooling Indian customers with not complete info provided and charging any cost they desire.
