Dear All concerned,
This is to bring to light, a recent problem that I had pertaining to a big name -‘Airtel’ or so I believed, till I had a problem with my wi fi network. I have this connection now for the last 2 years and this has been the first time I faced a problem of network connection going on for two months plus now. Airtel operators have not been able to solve this one single problem after having the same guy coming to solve the problem- each time coming up with another ‘technical sounding’ error. It’s funny, they either don’t have enough number of employees with them or very possible- a pathetic memory that the same guy and same set of problems pronounced to the customer- with no solution for TWO MONTHS!!
Funny bits don’t end here, the phone call that follows, almost everyday, reiterating the time for the professional to come and that professional- our regular guy has now not even shown up for the last full week- one with THREE DAY WEEKEND!! And now when the weekend comes to an end, the time that is given to us, and regularly so, is mid-day ie 12 o clock or 2 o’ clock. So I now need to take an off, or probably more to get my wi-fi sorted.
It is shameful, that your customers have to now request you, beg you, or what do you expect. I have a pretty costly plan and have never been a defaulter with paymemnts etc. Its horrible to have such fake promises, unprofessional talks, lazy, unpunctual people taking away all my time and patience, simultaneously spoiling or rather bringing to light what lies under such a ig name – AIRTEL.
My next step is to get the brand off everywhere around me, my personal phones, my office, wi-fi connections etc and go to the CONSUMER COURT with all the recorded calls and timings promised.
