Purchased product not received OR refund not received

Sir,

Please go through the complete story of the incident happen with me. The same content send via mail to respective web site authority but no response received from them.

I have received call from Mr. Sandeep Sinha (call No. – +911409304355) from SANDS shopping hub on 7th Jan. 2015 regarding they are obtaining survey and I am (my Mobile No. 9870925232) have selected for free gift from them i.e. Sony Bravia 42″ LED TV, also he gave me another options, so I have selected Sony Bravia 42″ LED TV, after that he ask me to registered my some personal details for the same and ask me to pay for one time registration Rs. 6999/- and also offered me some more item like Iphone, Sofa cum bed, sunglasses etc. then I agree but due to insufficient fund in my account I ask him to call on 9th Jan. 2015.

On 9th Jan. 2015 again i received call from Mr. Sandeep Sinha (call No. – +911409304355), he ask me to talk with his technical person Mr. Vijendra Yadav for registration payment with EMI option of 6 months. He ask me to pay first total amount of Rs. 6999/- then he agree to convert it into EMI and balance will be refunded to my account. I agreed and I done the transaction which detail are given below:

I have done the same procedure but again I have charged for the same amount of Rs. 6999/-. the detail of the same is given below:

When I ask him the clarification of the same he ask me to call after some time on 0120-6500412 this no. After some time I have called him and ask for clarification he told me that I will be received call from paytm for refund the same, but I have not receive the call and nobody responding on given no.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am belonging from middle class family and above amount is very important for me.

I hereby request you to please look into matter and do the needful.
