dear sir, i have using mobkwik mobile app in my no 9784438607 Email is [email protected], Mobile number-9784438607, i made a payment to videocon D2h karnatka 132626529, rs 500 twice time, total rs.1000 on 06/02/15. when i made payment there no ticket was crated and my amount 500 and 500 deducted, when i going to log in my account and visit ‘transaction history’ on ‘My account’ page there no any details available, i add money 1000 in my wallet on04/02/15 and 490 old bal so my bal on 4/2/15 is 1498 than i made 300 to dish tv 4/2/15 my bal is 1198 than twise to videocon 500 &500 now my bal 198, so videcon 500&500 was unsuccessful, so rs 1000/- not refunding me, please took any action and say mobkwik to pay me refund of rs 1000. thanking with regards sunil manohar bishnoi village post – Lamba, teh.- bilara, dist. – jodhpur rajasthan 342605
