Today Morning i online transfer my money from my Union Bank of India (UBI) account to Other Bank Account. By mistake i transferred money to wrong bank account. Then i contacted UBI toll free number. They said me to contact branch they can’t do anything. I contacted Union Bank of India Bodakdev branch, they said call on toll free number they also can’t do anything. Then again i called Toll free number. A girl Divya Zala received my call and she said to contact. Both branch and call center people don’t know what to do in this case and they said they cant’t do anything. Where should i contact for my problem. Nobody giving me proper answer. Now i am going to withdraw all my money from the bank and also never suggest this bank to anybody for their disgusting service.
