Aircel cheated me. Deducted my balance twice without showing any reason

Hi, My name is Poulomi Dey. I am using a pre-paid Aircel Connection. On last 18th February, 2015 INR 100/-(total balance at that time) was deducted from my mobile balance without showing any reason at all. When I contacted their Customer Care, their senior executives could not show me any proper reason as to why this exact amount was deducted from my balance. There was also no alert/confirmation message that I received showing me the reason behind this. Again INR 63/-(total balance at that time) was deducted the same way without notifying me the reason behind this. Also I faced terrible difficulty reaching them as their Customer Care numbers remain busy most of the time during the day. Even today I called the customer care but they could not show me any proper reason. I am using a 2G speed Aircel connection and I am not sure how I can download such a huge amount of data in a day that my entire balance would be gone like this! I did not download a single mp3 song or image or saw a streaming video. Aircel is cheating me. I need my grievance to be redressed and this absurdly deducted balance refunded.
