I’m having an seller account with Ebay.
My ebay account register id is [email protected] and my register mobile number is 7417815557.
There was a non payment of 91.24 rs for which they hold my account.
On 18 Feburary I paid the same amount with my SBI Debit card and it’s transection id is 637651 .
The same amount was debited from my bank account but was not reflecting in my Ebay account.
I called them several times regarding it.
And they ensures me that they had recieved the payment but due to some tecnical error my account is still on hold and it will unhold by next 2 hrs.. but till date I.e. 24 Feburary my account is still on hold.
And they are just asking me to wait for another 24hrs or 48hrs..
But doing nothing.
So I request you to please look into it n honour me.
