I ordered a tab of Datawind 7c+ from Naaptol pvt. Ltd. On Feb 1st 2015. And I got it from Aramex courrier service in Feb 6th. But when I saw it I found that it has a problem with it’s network connection and camera resolution. Then I call to Naaptol and took a complaints no. 8878116 dated 11/2/2015. And from kolkata servicing centre I got a D O A certificate and then I send this certificate with tab in naaptol’s pack and write a application with it to Naaptol Delhi from same aramex courrier service to replace the damaged piece. But again from Naaptol I got a broken piece in Feb 28/2/2015. I have told yesterday to Naaptol that I will take a step for this frodgery case. Because again and again I suffering from problem of that. Please do me your favour and take a action about this. I need my money back from their. It’s very kind of you to take a action against this fraudulent.
