I am having speed issue with my Tikona internet connection since last 3 months. I am complaining daily to the Customer care of Tikona by everyday. There were 3 Engineer visit, and didnt do anything, hence the issue is still there. I had complained through Core.NIC website too. Still my problem has not fixed yet.
I had asked Tikona to change the roof top device, as it has the problem every day. Always the online customer care executives says that there is some issue with your device. But still the device has not changed yet. And both online and offline technicians are failed to solve my internet speed issue. Still there were no reduction in my bill amount.
Now what should I do? I am having a huge loss because of this speed problem as my total work is depending on internet. Approximately I am having a 450$ loss every month because of this internet issue. I am earning 30$ in a Day through Google Adsense.
