Not Refunded my money in bank

I have recharged my mobile from FreeCharge but recharge got unsuccessful bcoz of their own fault. But they didn’t refunded my amount in bank. They refunded the amount in,FreeCharge credit, where I do not want. Order no FCVC150223134580929. Actually I have recharged bcoz there was a promotion offer that was applicable only on payment through Debit card or credit card. They deducted amount from bank, cancelled recharge and refunded in FreeCharge credit where any offer (even in future) is not applicable. Please do take action against him.
