fraud by sending wrong item

I ordered jacket of dark brown colour and short in size with order no m 36920411 of Rs.518. The order received by me is not same as I ordered. When I complaint on shopclues customer care she said as per merchant rule that can be different as picture even colour can also change, but when I said that the product I ordered is totally different, and this product not even matches my product she just argued but not solved my problem. Even when I am trying to call on return address (9815800505) ,after one bell phone get disconnected. This is a fraud company please help me. I ordered that jacket for my b’day but because of this fraud company it get spoiled. Plz help me.
