tata docomo deducted my balance for activating model video club without any information

respected sir,my name is Vivek mishra and my mobile number us 8983674633 .today i got a message from tata docomo .the message was ((ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs93.43 for 29days.Bal:Rs1.01 at 18-Feb-15 21:02.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free))).and now my balance reduced to rupees 1.01 .sir i want my deducted balance as soon as possible …thanking you
