I have purchased one HSPA wifi router through Snapdeal through online payment in November-2015.But I have not received the product. which I have informed the company and the acknowledge the same and assured me that my complaint has processed and I will receive the refund as SD cash but it was not credited in my account.
Later on I requested them to refund the money as I have made the payment through credit card.
but till date I have not received my refund and every time their telecom executives are giving assurance and they are saying that issues will be resolved shortly .
But Nothing has been done till date.
