I have credit card from hdfc card number is-5242165100157112 , due to some financial issue i was not able to pay the billl from last month I have requested them to kindly wait for 2-3 months but they are calling me daily and harassing me ,threatening me , kindly please help me as i have financial issues right now but they are ready to understand , I am really disturbed mentally right now.

    I have already mentioned my card details , I am really disturbed mentally, I am not going to Pay any amount right now.

    I want compensation for the harassment .

    I never applied for the same your bank itself called me 100 times to open a credit card account,
    As I have been mentally harass by you guys , I am not able to concentrate on my work. i an getting a big loss for that reason,

    I want compensation for the same.

    I received a call few days back and the guy who was on the phone, what the hell he thinks of himself. How can he speak to me like this. He was not letting me speak even a single word. If you are working as a customer relationship manager than you should know how to speak with a customer. I got delay in credit card payment. I have got call from collection team of hdfc card. I nicely told him I am not able to pay the minimum amount charge in this month. I will do the payment in next month with all interest an all. That person gets shouting on me. I was ready to pay minimum amount still also he didn’t accept the proposal . My request to hdfc bank kindly educate their employee how to talk with customer.

    These guys should be penalized for the same and customer get the solution.

  6. If the customer do not wants to pay the amount then Bank can not do anything. Only the CIBIL Score of the customer will be affected.

    Thanks for the suggestion now I will think about not to pay any single amount.

    I am really harassed by these guys and feeling tensed from this.

  8. I request to Consumer forum to help the customer and provide the compensation from HDFC as this is not the way how they are harassing mentally to the person,He can commit for suicide also for the same.
