I BROUGHT KARBONN TITANIUM OCTANE PLUS FROM SNAPDEAL. THE SMARTPHONE WORKS GREAT BUT THE CHARGER AND THE CHARGING SLOT ARE A HEADACHE AS THE MOBILE IS NOT GETTING CHARGED FROM KARBONN ORIGINAL CHARGER(s). I CANNOT MAKE THE BEST USE OF MY SMARTPHONE WHICH SHOWS DEEP NEGLIGENCE IN THE HARDWARE BUILT OF KARBONN MOBILES AND LACK OF AWARENESS FROM SNAPDEAL. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED.
