Mobikwik recharge not done

I have tried to recharge my Docomo no through Mobikwik. My mobile has not yet been recharged but amount was debited from my HDFC bank a/c. I have complained on their website.No action has been taken till today morning.Then 12:15 pm someone from customer care called me and said the recharge can not be possible.Then they asked for my debit card details including CVV no or netbanking id-password. When I denied to give that..they disconnect the call.Please help.
