I praveen kumar booked an order for my girlfriend on valentine day by express delivery option and i was promised that it will be delivered on 14 feb 2015. But these people said there were some transit delays and it will be delivered at the earliest. But nobody was telling about what time it will be delivered. False assurances and promises were given. Surprisingly there site is still showing that it will be delivered on 14 feb while today is 15 feb and the irony is this that there site shows that the update is updated zero minutes ago.
I lost my precious day because of their pathetic and false service. Even they delayed it more and has not been delivered on the next day till the evening.
I want strong acrion to be taken as they misguide customer by false promises and false updates on their site. Worst perfomance of a big name like amazon.
Want an action to be taken soon as they have given me so much irritation and frustration till last 36 hrs.
