I ,Neena Tawde, from Borivali, Mumbai, user of Tata sky HD plus set top box subscriber id : 1065582551 have faced numerous problems since buyed it.
Following are the problems faced:-
* In 2012, while relocating our new residence, TATA sky guys took 15 days to reinstall and start Tata sky service, whereas they promised the same day reinstallation in case of change of address. This to happened after n number of follow up and calls to TATA sky toll free number
* We are not able to view many channels, especially HD, for which we have subscribed.
* On January 2015, our Tata sky HD has stopped recording programs. Nor we can view the recorded programs. Thus after long followup they changed the set top box and charged us Rs. 350 for the same.
Now still we are facing the same problem with new set top box. We logged the complaint last Sunday, but no body has come to attend it.
* Our set top box was not working properly since Sunday 8 Feb, 15, and now it has stopped fully. We are unable to view our TV…. We have logged complaint on 8 Sunday, but till date no tata sky service has been done.
We had purchased new Sony tv to watch the world cricket world cup. Tom is INDIA pak match, but now we cannot watch. Whats the use???????????
I will never recommend TATA sky DTH to anybody.
Kindly help us asap.
