the service is so poor(in giving internet facility in the plan of 750 rs upto 2 mbps) that it looks like it is a kind of harassment that why i got the service of tikona ,where is that principle of “consumer is a king” ?the quality of standard is pathetic and after many complaint against them in their own customer care, i think they are not able to resolve it hence am opting for this platform to file my complaint, i want the compensation in which the extent of my rights have been infringed with full interest and shall be followed by legal compulsion to improve their facility or shut their business. i have taken this connection on 12th november 2014 and from that time onwards till 14th february i might have filed upto 40 to 50 complaints on personal basis and their are many other complaints registered by other customer also. so its a request to kindly see the urgency of the matter and award the remedy from such digital networks.
