I bought a Sony Vaio laptop about a 1.5 year back from a GURGAON based dealer.
Its been less than a 2 years of the laptop that on every 6 month basis its software gets corrupted.
When I asked from the Sony Vaio Care, instead of repairing or checking the laptop or even calling the consumer to check exactly the problem is, their questions are about the billing, warranty / extended warranty.
We, CONSUMER’s, in INDIA are being looted many times from these foreign national corporations.
We pay the money and buy their products and now instead of giving the value to the consumer’s money, they are asking for proof, whether we have paid the money or not.
I have been CHEATED, looted and given a garbage dump product, which is good for nothing. I don’t mind giving it back to the company and get compensated for it.
I am a working executive in MNC, and hardly have any time to fight back for everything that I paid for.
These type of corporations who doesn’t know’s how to handle the Indian Consumer’s should leave our country and pay the damage charges to the consumer.
