Dear Sir,
We had booked Hero Maestro on 15th Jan’15 with J K Motors by paying entire amount of Rs.58000 and was committed that the vehicle will be delivered within 1 week. Post that they are not even responding on the concern and giving one another date. I had booked the complaint with Hero Motrors customer care wherein they confirmed that this is not authorized dealer and they are the brokers. Today when I visited and pressurized them to provide the vehicle they, had given me the engine and chahis number but, when I checked with hero motor corp this is not the correct one. Need your urgent help to close this and to take strict action against unauthorized dealers. Below mentioned are the details.
