i am very upset with services from Vodafone . the problem is that without my authentication some plans are being activated over my connection. Last month by billing plan was changed automatically from talk plan 199 to 350 plan without my permission. when contacted to Vodafone customer care they told we have removed 199 plan so it is automatically transferred to higher plan. i have to again visit Vodafone store to resolve this problem and i found that the plan is still running and they are offering it to customers in front of me. then i asked your executive if the plan has not been scrapped why they have changed my talk plan. Then my plan was reversed and they promised to reverse the charges levied on me for the billing cycle of October which i didn’t receive.
same way for the month of November also some data pack is activated on my account which i have not done. I have de-registered my number from smart pay from which i was making payment earlier and i wont be paying any further bill until the bill settlement is done. again then in december they changed by plan back to 349 and charging me for that , my phone data consumption is showing 400 MB only but vodafone is charging me for 600 MB data usage.
