On 31st January early morning i received 7 messages stating my Citi bank credit card has been used ( physically) in US for 7 transactions , and strange part is I never went to US. I have raised the complaint to Citi bank and I have already raised Dispute charge against the trnsactions. However it was informed that there will be 2 months time for investigation until then i will be provided with provisional amount. But after investigation if the dispute charge found wrong then again those transactions will be filed against me .. this is really stupid because the card is still with me and i never had US visa after complaining this also i have been told so.. Which is really stupidity. Kindly take this as complain.
