Sir,am suffering from network problem in my mblaze wifi dongle..when am asking service…they are not responding and the speed is below 100kbps ,fluctuating to 0kbps..but the expected speed should be minimum 2mbps because its a 3g plus plan. After dat i regiatered complains many times..but none action taken..and nw am asking money to refund back to me..but they r not responding properly…trying to overlook….and. nw am frusted with dis type of service ..plz do something .I hv deposited Rs 2000.nd dongle fee is 1200..total 3200 i hv given to freedom agency(from that shop i bought the dongle).40GB PLAN.so that i can get my money….thank you…sir grant my request . I am feeling alone rs3200…from which i can buy the text books for my studies…
