IGT mentally assaulting employees
It has really been a sorry state of affair , My name is Lokesh Vinod Rai(24033293) who has been working with IGT since 31st DEC2013,I joined this organisation just because of the fact that they will
respect a tenure advisor that they are hiring , I was hired for Customer Service process, and by the time I completed my training I was put across to a sales campaign, I informed the senior officials that I am not from sales background
and they instead of helping me threatened me to continue working in sales profile , I had spoken to Mr Prakash Dasila who is the AM I had to fight with the management
for 6 months to hget moved into support.
Later on when i got certified in support I anyhow came to know about the fact that there were openings in Email profile and so I contacted my trainer Sanjana Chawla to please put me thru to emails profile since I have been taking calls for 6 years
and she instead of helping advised me to speak to training AM Christina Herald , she siad ‘ Jo karna hai kar lo but we will not be moving you in emails’
llyI had written an email to the CEO and VP HR for same issue
I asked her as to why they have transfered 3 new hires to emails and why not me they gave me a reason that these guys cant speak english and thats why they have been moved to emails, then I asked another question,if they cant speak english why they have been hired for a international calling profile
they should be hired for some domestic process then I was asked to speak to senior manager Vidushi Agarwal, she said ki tum jaise logo k liye kuch nai hai hamare pass jao jake 6 saal aur calls lo.
Finally I had written an email to CEO and VP HR on this and they asked me to speak to Arshad Mumtaz who assured me of all possiblehelp and made me speak to Mr punit Katyal who was senior delivery manager, who asked me that he gonna speak to me on this personnaly
I was trying to speak to him for one month after he had promised me for help,
Later on I got a chance to speak to Punit who said that they dont have any openings with emails anymore ,and I knew they had openings, i realised that its nt gonna happen i requested them to move me in to FAS so that I can learn travel softwares.
In Nov 2014 my reporting was changed to saurav dey who failed to mark my attendencce and my salary was blocked , I had to suffer a lot coz of the management .
I again raised issue that I cant take calls as I am going to be hard of hearing if I continue taking calls.
I called my Supervisor on 16th JAN and asked him if at all I can give notice and leave it, he on that same call said ki job se resign maat kar we will promote you just to save his shrinkage and attrition.I have that phone call recorded .This shows how cheat are the people in IGT ,they have mentally harrased me in these 13 months , finally I wrote an email to my tl and his reporting manager on .JAN 31st that I will have to resign since I am not able to cope up with things easily.My team leade again called me and advised me to face interview for tier 2 , I asked him prior to me there has been lot many people moved into tier 2 with no interview.why is it that I particularly have to face interview , and my supervisor paritosh khanna was speechless .This kind of company should be allowed to run operation in India , they donot follow any rules made by the indian governments
now the HR MR Siddharth is asking me to make a fake medical certificate that he is gonna produce to his seniors in order to get waiver for notice period .itni chor company hai IGT jo har tenure employee ki aisi ki tassi kar deti hai,I am so mentally harresed I feel like commiting suicide .It seems that Mr Rahul Bhaitia the owner of IGT saying that IGT IS BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOr.Moreover the The Best Place to work for in India has declared that IGT is the best place to work which is incorrect, I strongly feel that IGT has bribed this institute for being no 1 n best its a scam company
Igt is fraud
