I had ordered one book on 28th Jan and I got confirmation of shipping my order via India post courier. My delivery date was from 3rd Feb to 7th Feb but from 2nd Feb onwards I requested the tracking no for tracking my order but amazon and seller BookVistas refused to give it. Also I am getting mail intimating that item is out of stock now and you can either purchase another book or take refund. But when I purchased book at that time it was in stock.
After requesting so many times to deliver my book on 7th Feb today on 5th Feb they are offering me extra20% refund just cause of their mistake caught. Without having stock they took mine order and displayed item as in stock and when day of delivery comes closer they are mailing me to take extra refund.
Kindly inform all customers not to buy from amazon as they are not having items in stock and they are lying to customers
The only thing I’ll accept is my book I want my book no money no bribe..
Kindly look into this as a serious matter cause I don’t know how many customers are getting fooled by amazon.
