I have a TATA Indigo Ecs having registered number MH03BE8874, I have been cheated by George Automobiles based in Thane, I had given my car for servicing and I had Gold Value Membership, I was still charged for Oil change and oil filter when the same should have been covered in Gold value membership . I had even taken extended warranty and I had a problem with my steering they kept my vehicle for 3 days and did not take any action and told me Rack needs to be replaced and it is not covered in warranty where your website says it is covered. Even 2-3 months back I had given my car for servicing where Wheel alignment and Wheel balacing was done even this was covered in the GOLD value and i was made to pay for the same.
Please help me in getting my fake charges refunded back. I seek legal advice to get my money back and steering issue fixed immediately.
