I have vodafone corporate plan of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh having number 9988490914. Vodafone fraudulently added Rs. 148/- on account of d2c_ndtv_valuepk in the month of December, 2014. I made a telephonic complaint to customer care who refused to refund the same. I have’nt downloaded any such app and did not activate such services on my phone.
I made the payment of that bill.
Again, in the month of January, 2015 they have raised Rs. 390/- in the bill on account of same service. These types of fraud are generally done by the Vodafone. Customer Care Executives are feeded with readymade answer and are unable to solve the problem. Appellate Authoritie’s e-mail has also readymade answer they send the same reply on being enquired.
