I want to inform that i rechared my phone with 251rs on 26 jan.In return i recieved 3gb internet data. It was working perfectly. But suddenly on 29th jan wen 1750mb was left in my phone . It all got vanished next morning. I thought it might be because of my fault. So same day i again recharged with the same amount and recived the same plan. This time worked very caustiosly and keep a record of my usage. I didnt downladed anything. Bt it came into my notice that 2gb data have been again deducted from my phone.
I bring this into notice of the customer care. They registered my complaint whose refrence number is (CWRCH30202155240). They called me the next day and told me that they can only refund balance not the data. I want to ask them are they providing us the data free of cost . We have to spend money for that. In just two days i have spent 500 on recharge and again i am facing the same problem.
i was using vodaphone from the past 10 years bt i didnt face any problem.
So i request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and refund me the loss that have occured. And as well as solve the problem of redction. Otherwise i will be forced to take my complaint to higher authorities
