I am frquent online buyer and bought products from most of every online website including flipkart, amazon, myntra, eBay, infeabeam, rediff, shopclues and even naaptol. It was my first time with the snapdeal. And experience sucks. I have ordered Nikon Coolpix L30 20.1MP Digital Camera order no. 4330691837 on 7th jan 2015. when i received the product on 21st jan 2015 , charger was not available in packet. I have complaint for a reverse pick up to snapdeal on same day and received a text message stating that the reverse pick-up will be done within the next 48 working hours. But the pick-up is not done yet today is 3rd feb 2015.
I have called snapdeal several times and informed about the same. You always say that sir please kindly wait reverse pick-up will be done within the next 48 working hours. but it seems no body bothers to initiate the action. whenever i called snapdeal, they gave me the reason that i am not contactable according to courier service. Tell me one thing when delivering the product you find me and my address, in case of return I am not available. You gave me a contact no of courier partner JV_EXPRESS 01165981318. when i tried to contact at this no, i heard that its not a correct no please check your no before dialing.
is this the way to deal with customers ? If it is then people will stop buying things from SnapDeal. I am fed up with their service.
