I got damaged product from eBay. I registered a complain that I want my money back .
The next day ebay called me and said that they Want DOA letter from service center because product is under company warranty the next day I got DOA letter from service center .
After receiving letter I send the copy of letter to ebay ([email protected]) since 10 days they r not giving me any reply
not replying me since 10 days
