I have a tata sky connection on my father’s name Ravindra singh.I have recharged my account with rupees 270 on 28 january 2015 so I got next due date 28 february 2015.on 1st february 2015 I got a message that a channel pack is activated on my account and next due date became 24 february but neither me nor any other member of my family made this activation ..we didn’t do any call or message to activate this pack but company has activated this pack without our permission, and when I called them to deactivate this then they refused to do this ..why should we pay for the pack which we didn’t activated. this is not the first time they did this,they have done this many time before. please do something ,we are tired of this..
