low grade products

We purchased ELICO SPECTROPHOTOMETRE SL 207 MINI for our college, TRR Govt. Degree College Kandukur Prakasam Dt. inspite of our friends repeated warnings not to go for elico since equipment is poor standard and poor service.Honestly speaking it did not work for at least once except during demonstration. Coarse nob. as per phone instruction should be equated to 100. but it will not. It was purchased 1 year back but never opened…..inspite of my repeated requests by e mails,phone calls they paid deaf ear.
