Account disabled without any warning or explanation

This complaint is against Uber Cabs Services Kolkata. Since 26th January I am getting an error message while logging in that my account has beeb disabled. Although I did not get any email or message from Uber regarding this prior or after the deactivation. I have been trying to reach them by email, Facebook, Twitter but there is no reply from them. Inspite of having around 1500 rupees balance i am unable to use the services because they have deactivated my account without any explanation. The team is adamant not to reply to my queries. Please help
