26th Jan (Independence Day) i had a very important meeting in the morning, Due to this meeting i booked my cab on 24th Jan (Both Side), I booked cab for 5:45 AM in the morning, OLA promised me to give service on that day and time.
However on 26th Jan, at 5:44 AM when i called ola call center number for my cab i got a confirmation they forgot to align a cab for me, Then they booked a cab for me again for 6:15 AM but that cab also canceled as driver said “No” to me to go to Noida, i again called Customer service got 3rd driver number again he denied, 4th driver told me he don’t have TAX document to go to Noida, he also denied.. same thing happened with 5th driver as well. finally 6th driver agreed to pick me at 7:00 AM (As result i went late for meeting and lost a big contract.)
What kind of company it is, Where’s driver running their own wishes as being available at time. They did the same as Auto Rickshaw drivers do.
