wrong recharge information is displayed on 13/01/2015

sir, iam sanjit das. on 13th january 2015 i recharged rs-741/- to my reliance mobile number ‘8820023628’ through paytm mobile application.my order no is 725880410 and transaction id is C33E8AFA1D69CE79. it was shown that my recharge was successful.But the facility which is described in paytm which is 6GB 3g for 180days was not activated. so, i called reliance but the customer care executive told me that the recharge facility was for those who has a new reliance sim but not for meand i didn’t got my money back which is rs-741/-..but in paytm page the description for this recharge was written as ‘special promo benefit of 6GB of 3g data.voice tariff @1p/s’. Nothing was written in paytm that the rechage was for the 1st time user. this is a mistake from paytm.so, i emailed them telling all the incident.They give a ticket no which is 104493164 and told me to wait for 48hours. BUt after 48hours they didn’t do any reply.so, i again emailed the.They give another ticket no on 21st januar 2015 which is104494347.but still now they didn’t any reply.kindly resolve my problem as it is a matter of rs-741/- and i not so rich.it’s my request to help me to get back my earned money.
