We have bought a new Motor cycle (Aquila Pro) of DSK Hyosung company from their authorised dealer “Siliguri Riders Kolkata”. Though I have made the full payment on 7th Nov’2014, I was not provided with any of the documents, apart from insurance papers, for the vehicle. I have made several complaints to the local dealer as well as DSK Hyosung customer services. The reply from customer service was on 29th Dec’2014 assuring me that the issue will be resolved at the earliest. Now that I have requested for the exact amount of all the expenses, the dealer is now refusing to provide the same and have even taken the documents back with them when they came to deliver the documents tonight (24th Jan’2015). Hence, I still do not have the documents and a bill to state the exact amount I have provided.

Also, please note that I have not been able to ride my motorcycle at all as I have no documents and hence I am not able to enjoy the service for which I have paid 2 and half months ago.
