Irregular service of cable and Internet

it’s been since the time when cable service was converted to DTH. I face the problems almost every week and when I call the service provider sometimes he picks my call and sometimes he refuses. Every week there is a regular complaint of irregular service. The office is located above more super market, @maruthi nagar/Malleshpalya, new Thippasandra post, Bangalore 560075.

If possible take action. I am tired of complaining to the owner of the service provider.

Kindly help and do the needful quickly.
