product not match which oreded

sir,
i saw an advertisement regarding a cardigan
which impress me. so i oreded it and paid money with my dabit vard.
after that when i recieved cardigan trough courrier, when i open it andsurprised that which product i was order did not match it.nither its color nor its design also company name
for that i complained regarding that but company did not respond me so i requested you to help me that matter and refund my money and punished them to harrasing me
