Sir,I have 500 Mb 3g internet pack but I am unable to use it when I called customer care they advised me to use this pack for using play store of windows phone(senior officer Rahul)
But when I used that my balance was deducting from main account,I informed customer care about this they transferred my call to technical helpline.
The technical team roistered my complain & assure me to call on 13 Jan.the following is the msg sent to me
Namaste! Thank you for contacting us. The Reference no. for your airtel mobile 9672854436 is CWRCH30109279958, registered on 09-jan-2015 20:13.We will update you by 13-jan-2015 16:00.
But when I didn’t get any call from the Airtel side I called Airtel again the senior officer was roaring on me,my balance got deducted from ₹50.69.
They are not solving my complain & disconnecting my call Again and again
Please help me.
