I am writing this complain with deep frustration in my heart regarding IFB microwave oven service. I have purchase a micro oven model 20SC2 on 25th Dec 2013 and it was installed in few days delay on 30th Dce 2013. But the warranty period was begun from the purchase date whereas it supposed to be start from installation date. And also there was a sticker on micro oven saying 3 years of warranty but it’s started mall functioning from 2nd Jan 2015.Although I tried to log a complain on 2nd Jan night around 10 PM night but after a long holding on number 033-3900 4321 disconnected the line as there was none to response log my complain. Again I tried to log complain on 3rd Jan 2015 morning around 10 am on same phone number and fortunately it was booked against a complain no 14618065. On 3rd Jan 2015 night around 8 PM one service engineer visited my place and said the display board needs to be replaced. I was shocked and unable to understand how a so costly micro oven can start malfunctioning within 1 year? I will be pleased if you can take measurable steps on quality of product to save middle class consumer like me.
