Terrific Bad Service for Secured Service

I asked for one of activity on 22nd Dec 2014.Its an security action.They informed in mail on 25th Dec that they sent me details by post. Today on 2nd Dec,I didn’t received anything !! Its an important activity request and highly confidential! Their customer care guys reported that it stuck with Overnight Express courier.I tried to call them,and there are no response from them.I tried calling them min 50 times. As a end customer I don’t care with whom service is stuck. Kotak is my service provider so they should be answering me and take necessary action. Its an example of pathetic and terrific poor service for this kind of secured mailing.
