Wrong charges in My Postpaid bill

I am using tata docomo postpaid (corporate)connection form 3 months.
Last month I received bill which was horrifying.
They have charged me 177 Rs for some service that I never used.
These charges are other than my plan.
I am using 250 Rs plan, and I received bill of 457 Rs.
This is totally unfair. I have already complained regarding this
but these guys have not responded.
