Fraudelent charges on vodafone postpaid under d2c_salaparni_look multiple times

I am using postpaid acount of vodafone since past 5 years

And from past 5-6 months I am being charged for unknown services named as d2c_salaparni_look

Vodafone however is not very responsive and are unaware of any issues, they are even OK to loose long customer like me due to failure of identifying such service.

Firstly they (vodafone) should have stopped such a service after complaint from me but they are still not doing so.

I see similar complaint of forum and looks like something wrong going here

Please do help resolve this issue with high attention
