Disconnection of service even after paying 3 months bill in advance

I have taken Hathway Broadband Internet service. My service started on 18th October 2014. I had paid subscription charges for a total of 3 months and paid then vide cheque dt.08 October 2014. Technically my service should run continuously for 3 months till 18th January 2014. But my service was disconnected on 22nd December 2014 on account of non payment of bill. Also, they have charged me for late payment of charges for the month of October as well as November even though I have paid the bills in advance on 08th October 2014 vide their receipt No.102110 dt.08th October 2014.

After contacting the billing department of Hathways Customer Care service, it was told to me that I have to pay a bill of Rs.670/- more for my service to continue. After asking for details regarding the same, it was informed to me that my first bill was generated on 16th October 2014 even though my service started on 18th October 2014.

My Internet service has been down for 27 hours now without any responses neither to my phone calls to them nor to my emails.

Please advice.

    My services were restored on 24th December at 5p.m. but today on 27th December 2014, my services were again disconnected for the same reason.

    I am wasting time in calling them but they are not even responding to my emails not a return phone call from their end to solve the issue.

    My services restarted again today at 3p.m. after a few calls to their customer care service centre.
