Problem of Tata Photon Bill

Sir,
Myself Puspendra Pal Singh use Tata photon internet device since Feb-2013 with unlimited plan and paid 561/- INR per month regularly. But from sept-2014, i am on outside from Jabalpur and here it is not working due to network problem. so i give a cancellation request vide Service Request number 435645959 and they e-mail me that “We have received cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :9229352535 has been processed for Internet disconnection.”. After that they call me and tell why you want close this connection and suggest me the change of plan 150 per month and mail me on 16 Oct 2014 “We have changed the Bill Plan for your TATA Photon no.9229352535with effect from16-10-2014. as per your request no 437747741”.then they charge me 390 INR. so my problem is if am not using this internet then why they charge 390 INR..ok..i gave this amount. but after that they send me bill of 743 INR. so why these people send me this bill if i am not using internet from this connection. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
