ASUS mobile mother board problem but not replacing mobile

I have purchased ASUS Zenfone5 mobile online in Flipkart. I was facing problem with the mobile right from the day of purchase. I have complained the same to support team but they said it need some updates. Even after updating the problem was not solved and i visited service center and they said it don’t have any problem and reset was done by them. But still i faced problem and again i visited service center 2nd time, this time they declared it as mother board problem. Now they are saying that the replacement time is over and they will only replace the repaired part. But i want the new mobile as they have mislead me and after completion of replacement time they have raised the problem. Please suggest me.
